24-Hour Phone Loans
Can't get to the branch or a phone during business hours? Now
you can apply by phone for any type of consumer loan from the
convenience of your home, office, or anywhere in between. Just

Most decisions are made by the next business day, while some
are authorized on the spot!
ATM Card
Acquire cash at thousands of
Automated Teller Machine (ATM) locations across the nation
and around the globe with a TFCU ATM card. Networks include
Star, Plus, Co-op Access24, SC24, Encore, Visa, and Cirrus.
Your card can also be used to make purchases, transfers, and
check balances.

Direct Deposit
Direct Deposit is one of the most convenient and safe ways to
deposit your paycheck, retirement benefits, Social Security,
or other recurring benefits checks directly to your TFCU account.
You may designate how you wish the funds to be distributed between
your savings, checking, loan, or other family accounts. If you
decide to change your distribution of funds, you may do so at
anytime.
How to Sign-Up for Direct Deposit
To get started, fill out a
Direct Deposit Form and return it to your payroll office.
For deposits to a checking account, please use the account number
printed on the bottom of your checks. If you're using a company

DOTTIE, 24-Hour Telephone Account Management
DOTTIE is our automated teller designed to conduct your financial
transactions privately and conveniently from anywhere you have
access to a touch-tone telephone.

eStatements
Receive your monthly or quarterly account statement and newsletter
FREE via e-mail. Statement information remains available for
12 full months and can be accessed anytime by clicking on "Pick
Up eStatement" button on the navigation bar.
How to Sign-Up for eStatements
Signing up is easy. Fill out a brief online enrollment form.
Once enrolled, you will be notified by e-mail each time a new
statement if available for viewing.

Family Service Centers
TFCU is participating in a unique cooperative organization made
up of different credit unions that operate a network of shared
Credit Union Family Service Centers. You can access your accounts
at a participating location Monday through Friday from 9:00
a.m. through 7:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. through 2:00
p.m. Check time at the specific location as it may vary.
At the Family Service Centers you can perform the following
activities:

You will need your DOTTIE personal identification number for
initial log-in. Once you logged on, you can change your password

Pay your bills online quickly, safely and FREE.
With myculink's Bill Payment
service, money comes right from your TFCU checking account.
Don't worry about writing checks, finding stamps, and making
trips to the Post Office. With Bill Payment, you can pay almost
anyone in the United States. Schedule one-time or recurring
payments and view Bill Payment history.

Sign-up for Online Bill payment through myculink (click

and click "Bill Payment" on the left hand navigation
bar. Then just follow the prompts. Restrictions apply.
Automatic Transfers
It's the easiest and most painless way to make monthly payments
or to fund an account. With this service, you no longer have
to worry about making auto payments late or saving for the holidays.
Just set it up once and deductions will be made automatically
on the day of the month you indicate. Automatic transfer is
also a great way to save or invest by directing a certain amount
to a
Holiday or
Vacation Club , Money
Market , or IRA
. Your payroll or benefits office and TFCU have the necessary
form.

Pre-authorized Payments
You may authorize regular monthly payments directly from your
TFCU account to other organizations for your utilities, insurance
payments, or other eligible obligations. Contact the payee to
establish the payment and you won't have to worry about missing
a payment or writing a check every month.

Telephone Service Center
Your Credit Union operates a Telephone Service Center to answer
questions and accept phone loans. You can call us Monday through
Friday from 8:30 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:30
a.m. through 4:30 p.m. at (202) 366-9400 or (800) DOTTIE2.
VISA CHECKCARD
The TFCU Visa CHECKCARD is an ATM card with a convenient Visa
card feature. Use the card at any ATM location to make withdrawals
and balance inquiries. In addition, you can use the card to
make purchases anywhere Visa is accepted. Use it instead of
a check; the funds will be withdrawn directly from your
On the Move or Basic
Checking account .

Visa AutoPay
With Visa AutoPay, you don't have to remember to mail in your
TFCU Visa credit card payment each month. We will automatically
deduct your monthly payment from your savings or checking account.
You select the recurring monthly payment option - pay in full,
minimum payment, or fixed amount.

This is a free member benefit offered for your convenience.

Western Union Quick Cash
Money from your TFCU account can be in your hands or a designated
recipient's within an hour at more than 100,000 Western Union
agent locations worldwide.
How to Arrange a Western Union Quick Cash Transfer
Call our Telephone Service Center at 202-366-9400 or 800-DOTTIE2.
Give your name and the amount needed. Your funds will then be
entered into the Western Union Quick Cash money transfer system
and should be available within one hour after your authorization
center acts on your request. Next, just go to any Western Union
agent and tell them you've requested a Western Union Quick Cash
transfer. If you have questions about Western Union Quick Cash,
such as where to find the nearest Western Union agent, call
1-800-325-6000.
Wire Transfers
Need to send money from one financial institution to another
in the same day? We can transfer money anywhere around the world
for you. Wire transfers within the U.S. will be sent the same
day if we receive your request by 1:00 p.m. EST. There is a
nominal fee for sending a wire transfer, but no charge for receiving
one.
