Will my member number change?
Your member number will remain the same.
Will
my direct deposit(s) and/or pre-authorize automatic withdrawals
continue as before?
Direct deposits or pre-authorized automatic transactions (such
as payroll, loan payments, retirement benefits, etc.) will
continue to be processed as usual.
Will
I need to order new checks/ debit card/ ATM card or credit
card?
No, you will not need to order new checks/debit card/ATM card
or credit card. Existing TFCU Check Cards, ATM cards and credit
cards will continue to work with your existing PIN.
Will the credit union routing
number change?
The credit union routing number will remain the same.
Will
there be changes to the way I access myculink Online banking?
You will notice a new look and feel to myculink online banking
after the conversion. Your member number will continue to
serve as your Login ID. However, after August 3, 2008, your
PIN will be changed to the last four digits of your social
security number. You will be prompted to change your PIN during
your first log-in session after August 3.
Will
my DOTTIE, automated telephone teller password change?
You will continue to access DOTTIE by entering your member
number and your current DOTTIE PIN. DOTTIE will not be accessible
after July 31, 2008 at 5:00 EST and throughout the conversion
weekend. We expect to resume service on August 3.
Will
my account statement look the same?
You will receive a new, enhanced statement beginning with
your August 2008 statement mailed out in September. These
changes are designed to make your statement easier to read
and understand.
Will
my statement continue to arrive the first week of the month?
You will continue to receive your statement at the same time
of the month.
