How
do I sign-on to myculink after the conversion?
Current
myculink members please refer to the log-in instructions that
were e-mailed to you. You can also contact us at 202-366-9400,
800-DOTTIE2, or click here to send us a secure e-mail.
Members
wishing to enroll in myculink
can contact us at 202-366-9400 or 800-DOTTIE2 to obtain a temporary
password.
What
do I do if I get locked out?
You
will need to contact the Telephone Service center at 202-366-9400
or 800-DOTTIE2 to be issued a temporary password.
What
if I’m a new user and want myculink access after conversion?
You
will need to contact the Telephone Service center at 202-368-8432
or 800-DOTTIE2 to be issued a temporary password.
Will
Online Banking scheduled transfers and notification be affected?
Yes.
In order to take advantage of the enhancements and increased
functionality of the new system, it will be necessary for users
to recreate their scheduled transfers and notifications after
the upgrade.
What
are the new features available in myculink?
You
will be able to securely:
- View
check images
- Access
your eStatements with just a click from myculink
- Order
Checks
- Open
share certificates
- View
Pending transactions
- Place
a stop payment online
- Export
and download to Money®, Quicken®, and spreadsheet
format.
Will
I be able to see my account history in myculink after the upgrade?
No.
The system conversion will cause past account history in myculink
Online Banking to be unavailable after the upgrade.
However, eStatement
users will be able to view 24 months of account history.
If you are not enrolled in eStatements, you can sign-up for
eStatements
any time for Free and also have access to 24 months of account
history.
Will
I be able to export or download past account information into
my personal financial management software (e.g. Quicken, Money)
after the upgrade?
No.
To retain past account history in your personal financial management
software, you will need to export or download this information
from myculink prior
to July 31 at 5:00 p.m. EST.
You
will be able to export or download account information from
August 4th going forward into Money®, Quicken®, and
spreadsheet format.
