Features
eMailbox
To further protect your privacy and security, we’re adding an
eMailbox feature to myculink
online banking. Beginning June 1, you can easily send and receive
emails from TFCU, directly from within
myculink.
To access this feature, logon to
myculink and click on the
“eMailbox” link on the left side menu. Three sub-menus will be
listed; Inbox, Sent Items and Archive.
If there are unread messages in the Inbox, the
menu option will appear in RED and BOLD along with the number of
unread messages, example: "(2) eMailbox.”
An email notification will be sent
out to your personal email address, so you’ll know to login to
myculink to read the
message.
eAlerts
You'll find new Account Alerts in
myculink. To setup alerts, logon
to myculink and click "Account
eAlerts" and then click the "Add Alert" tab. You can select the
alerts from the drop-down list.
To setup or edit email addresses used for alerts, click on
the Email Setup tab. You can send alerts to any device which has a
valid email address, such as a cell phone or other mobile device. To
view sent alerts, click on the Sent Alert tab.
